The terms, policies and conditions described below govern the use of made-ind.com. Your use and/or placement of any order constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms stated. MADEIND reserved the rights to change the Terms & Conditions, from time to time without prior notice.
Domestic Orders: Please allow up to 3 – 5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days).
International Orders: Please allow up to 10 working days for shipping to Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
When placing your MADEIND order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day.
Please allow 48 hours after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day. We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer.
PLEASE NOTE: We’re unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment.
In the event that the package is returned to us due to the customer’s error in indicating the incorrect and/or insufficient address, a re-delivery fee would be charged and be payable by the customer.
Packages shipped will include a Certificate of Posting for proof of delivery, but does not provide any form of tracking service. MADEIND will not be held responsible or extend any further service for any damaged or loss packages during the delivery caused by courier services or insufficient/incorrect address provided by customers.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
MADEIND’s return and exchange policy only applies to sales made within made-ind.com. All sales are final once payment is received and items cannot be returned for exchange, refunds or credit.
In the event an item received is defective or an incorrect item has been sent to you, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt to [email protected] including snapshots of the defect if applicable. Our management will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and the final decision to offer an exchange or refund lies within MADEIND.
MADEIND will exchange the defect item for the same item or a full refund will be made. Exchanges for another item is applicable and any additional cost on top of the item in question will have to be paid by the customer and balances will be refunded.
Returns must be sent back to us within 7 business days from the date of receipt. Late returns over the time limit will not be entertained and the package will be sent back. Postage fees incurred will be reimbursed for cases that are due to MADEIND’s oversight.
Customers shall bear full responsibility in ensuring items mailed back are packed and secured properly in the original packaging. Items must be returned to us unworned and unwashed. We will not be responsible for any lost mails during this return process.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds regarding sizing issues.
Customers are highly recommended to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. MADEIND will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail. All returns will be processed and dealt with by the Returns/Defects Department and they will only be handled by mailing only. All returns are final and further requests will be denied.
The prices displayed on our website are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Product Variation: The product images in our shop are representative and are not necessarily photographs of the actual product you will receive. Due to the handmade nature of our items, some variations will occur. We make an effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, the the actual color of an item may vary slightly from featured image due to strong studio lighting/inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer screen resolutions. Hence, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
